In short
ONE MORE has no accounts, no advertising and no tracking. We count anonymously how the app is used (see below). We do not sell data.
What stays on your device
Local (pass-and-play) games, player names, settings and your language live only on your phone or in your browser. They are never sent to us.
Online rooms
When you create or join an online room we store the room, the nickname you type, the game state and when you were last connected. Room codes are stored as a keyed hash. Finished or expired rooms are deleted after 24 hours. Nicknames are shown only to the other players in that room. Do not use your real name if you prefer not to.
Usage counts
The app and the website tell our server when something happens, for example "a game of Charades for friends started" or "the Premium screen was shown". The server only adds one to a counter for that day. No name, device identifier, advertising identifier, account or IP address is stored with it, so these counts cannot be linked to you or your device.
Purchases
Purchases are made with Apple; we never see your payment details or Apple ID. To unlock Premium in an online room, the app sends the server the purchase confirmation signed by Apple; we keep only its transaction number, so one purchase cannot unlock unlimited rooms, and Apple tells us about refunds so a refunded purchase stops unlocking rooms.
Technical data
Our server and its reverse proxy briefly process your IP address to deliver the service, limit abuse (rate limiting) and keep short operational logs. Daily database backups are kept for 14 days on the server and, encrypted, for 30 days off the server (Cloudflare).
Children
The Family audience contains only all-ages content. The app does not ask for or collect personal information beyond a nickname, so it is suitable for families. Adult content is hidden unless a group explicitly opts in.
Your rights
Because we hold no accounts, there is nothing to look up by person. Ask us at the address above to delete an online room or anything else, and we will.
