Is ONE MORE free?
Yes. On iPhone every game is free for Friends and Family at the two lighter levels. In the browser at play.7am.digital/play it is free too, with no download and no account. Premium is optional.
What does Premium add and what does it cost?
Premium unlocks the Couples audience, ONE MORE MIX, the Spicy and Hot levels and the themed decks. It is sold in the iPhone app: a night pass for 24 hours ($1.99, does not renew) or a subscription for a week ($2.99), a month ($4.99) or a year ($24.99). Prices are in US dollars; the App Store shows the price for your country.
Does one purchase work for my friends too?
Yes, in online rooms. When the host has Premium, the room is Premium for everyone in it. One purchase can unlock up to 3 open rooms at a time.
How do I restore a purchase on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open the Premium tab in ONE MORE and tap Restore purchases.
How do I cancel a subscription?
In ONE MORE open the Premium tab and tap Manage subscription, or go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The night pass never renews.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made with Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. A refunded purchase stops unlocking online rooms.
Can we play on the TV?
Two ways. Local game on one iPhone: connect it to the TV with AirPlay (as a second display) or a cable, and the TV gets its own board with whose turn it is, the card and the scores. Online room: open play.7am.digital/tv in the TV's browser and type the room code. Secret words and answers are never shown on the TV.
How do online rooms work?
One player creates a room and the others join with the code, a link or a QR code, each on their own phone or in a browser. We store the room and the nicknames only while you play; finished or expired rooms are deleted after 24 hours.
Is it suitable for children?
The iPhone app is rated 17+ on the App Store because of the adult levels for couples. The Family audience shows only all-ages cards at the two lighter levels, whatever else is switched on, and adult cards appear only when a group of adults explicitly opts in.
How do I delete my data?
There are no accounts. Local games stay on your device; deleting the app or clearing the browser removes them. To delete an online room sooner, write to hello@sergeyrogachev.com.
